Why is garen wearing glasses?  And rugged Garen looks rough around the edges, this looks like vampire knight + men in black.  You missed the mark completely why even name it rugged Garen? Even worse its not sized for avatars, which this clearly is.  Also that water mark is pointless, I've been de-censoring forever its very easy to copy/re-draw or alter original work.  I'm taking the hair, face, hearts and sword rest I'm changing.
